Modelling Opportunities

I entered Miss Cheshire because I had always wanted to enter a pageant. I saw an advertisement for it in the local press and thought I’d give it a go with the encouragement of friends and family. I didn’t really know what to expect but I was intrigued to see how far I could get.

The best part of the whole experience was the Final, meeting all the other lovely Miss Cheshire finalists, making some great friends, having lots of laughs and lots of Dominoes Pizza

Taking part in Miss Cheshire has opened some great opportunities for me with regards to modelling, as well as giving me the confidence to believe I can do it.
Getting out on the Catwalk is initially a rather petrifying thought for a girl with no experience of it.

What Miss Cheshire does is provides you with all the encouragement from all your fellow finalists and bravado to get out and do it, the buzz you get after you’ve been out on the catwalk is one of the best feelings I’ve experienced and the fear completely disappears. I also met some fantastic friends.

If you’re thinking of entering – Go for it! I can guarantee you will not regret entering the competition. It’s a massive confidence booster and opens up plenty of doors.

Huge Confidence Boost

I entered after I was scouted in Warrington Town Centre; I decided to go for it as a confidence boost.

The best part of the whole experience was who I met, I keep in touch with a lot of the girls from the final, and you do really make “friends for life”.

Miss Cheshire was such a huge confidence boost for me, I remember in rehearsals having such a good laugh with the girls but as I came onto the stage I was shaking like a leaf, I slowly got the hang of things and absolutely loved it and would do it again.

Anybody thinking about entering Miss Cheshire, I would say GO FOR IT!!! . I didn’t think I would get anywhere, but it’s not about the winning.
Overall it is such a fun experience and a great day where you meet lots of friends and have incredible memories.

This gave me a huge confidence boost where i went on to compete in Miss England. I can honestly say so far the experience has been fabulous.

An Amazing Experience

I had entered a couple of smaller competitions but wanted to expand on the sort of competitions I was entering and so thought Miss Cheshire would be and amazing experience and would help my confidence to build and my experiences to expand.

At the end of it I realised that Miss Cheshire had done exactly this, after having the opportunity to compete in the Miss Cheshire final I now want to enter more and more competitions.

I think the best part of everything was meeting girls that have come from such a varied backgrounds and be able to see that anyone can achieve what they want if they have the passion to do so.

Taking part in Miss Cheshire has helped me to become a more confident person and has allowed me to want to push myself to becoming a role models for young girls who may want to take part in events like Miss Cheshire in the future.

I think that being a role model is something that young girls in today’s society need as they are surrounded by celebrities that may not necessarily promote a good image and therefore having a good role model they would have someone to look up to.

If you’re thinking of entering just go for it. Don’t hesitate or don’t think I am not what they are looking for.

It is an amazing experience and the girls you meet there will be lifelong friends that you can always rely on for hints and tips.

I was so nervous but the moment I walked out onto the stage with Katy Perry firework blasting out in my sportswear, all my nerves disappeared and the show turned out amazingly well. It was a fun and enjoyable experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

So Much Fun

I had never been involved in anything like this before but my manager put me forward for Miss Cheshire I am so glad she did as it was an amazing experience.

The best part of the whole experience was raising a lot of money for the Variety Club and my local hospice. It was so nice for people of St Helens to say how proud they were of me.

Even now I am still raising money being involved in Miss Cheshire has publicised this so much!

Being involved in Miss Cheshire has boosted my confidence greatly. I have grown up with 3 brothers, 2 of which play professional rugby so I have always been a bit of a tomboy.

I felt so proud to be speaking on that stage in front of a lot of people. I have also had quite a lot of paid modelling work as I was spotted from a picture in the paper.

I would recommend entering Miss Cheshire to anyone. It’s a very nerve-wracking experience but meeting lots of new friends the current Miss England and all the organisers was definitely worth it.

I had so much fun throughout the whole experience and really didn’t want it to end.

The team are amazing and I really hope I can enter again this time with a little more knowledge and maybe make it to Miss England.

Girls Were So Friendly

I entered Miss Cheshire for the experience as I have never done this type of competition before.

The best part for me was the actual day prior to the evening show. The girls were so friendly, which came as a surprise to me and working with them was really enjoyable.

Taking part in Miss Cheshire has boosted my confidence and the catwalk show helped me to keep my nerves at bay.

I would tell anyone to enter the competition as it was one of the most memorable, enjoyable days in my life.
