Warrington’s Samantha Cross will be representing Cheshire at the Miss England Final

The Miss Cheshire 2011 Final in association with Golden Square Shopping Centre, Warrington took place earlier tonight.

A lively audience watched Miss Cheshire Final in aid of the Variety Club Children’s Charity at Parr Hall, Warrington.

Girls from all over Cheshire were vying to win the Miss Cheshire title and a place in the Miss England Final.

The girls took part in a 4 scene catwalk fashion show with clothing supplied by Golden Square stores – Zara, Monsoon, Warehouse, Oasis and Debenhams.

All contestants had been busy fundraising over the past couple of months and raised a magnificent total for the Children’s Charity.

Go-Style.co.uk Style Icon award ( Public Internet Vote on www.go-style.co.uk ) went to Jessica Wilcock ,19, an Art and Design Student from Winsford who wins £1200 of shopping vouchers from Golden Square Shopping Centre, Warrington.

Miss Popularity Cheshire (Public Vote) went to Danielle Britch ,18, a TV Extra and Dancer from St Helens

Miss Charity Cheshire (most funds raised for the Variety Club) – Emma-Jane Clarke ,19, a Barista at Starbucks in Warrington who raised a magnificent £1000

Emma-Jane said after the show “Being part of the Miss Cheshire Final has been an amazing experience. The whole journey that the competition has taken me through has really helped me grow as a person”

“To have been awarded the title of Miss Charity Cheshire is such an honour and a privilege. It made a wonderful evening into the perfect night and a memory I’ll treasure forever”
